• One large cooked chorizo sausage
• One red onion
• One or two cloves of garlic
• One red pepper
• One wee fresh chilli (optional)
• A packet of shop-bought puff pastry (preferably ‘all-butter’ puff)
• Extra flour, for rolling
• One egg
• A pinch of salt
