Ingredients

• 1 Pack spaghetti ((500 grams))
• 2 tablespoons Oil
• 1 Small red onion (peeled, chopped)
• 2 cloves Garlic (peeled, chopped)
• 1 Small carrot (scrubbed, finely chopped)
• 1/2 kilo Ground beef
• 1 can diced tomatoes ((around 800 grams))
• water (as needed)
• Salt (to taste)
• ground black pepper (to taste)
• parmesan cheese (to serve)
