- Cody Road Rye Whiskey
- 1 lb Gruyere or Swiss Cheese
- ½ lb Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 garlic cloves, halved
- ½ cup dry white wine OR Stout Beer
- ½ cup Cody Road Rye Whiskey (Or Queen Bee Honey Whiskey)
- Crusty bread, breadsticks and carrot sticks, for serving
