• 4 eggs (size M)
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 tbs vanilla sugar
• 100 g + 50 g sugar
• 100 g flour
• 1 tbs baking powder
• 4 sheets Gelatin
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• 500 g low fat curd
• 250 g Greek yogurt
• 10 g starch
• 1 jar Annes Feinste organic raspberry fruit spread, strained
• 150 g whipping cream
• ca. 150 g raspberries for decoration
• ca. 40 wooden skewers
