Beef Stroganoff – Family Friendly Farms

Ingredients

• 1 package of wide egg noodles
• 1/4 cup of ghee or lard
• 2 pounds of thinly sliced beef
• Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
• 1 white onion, thinly sliced
• 5 cloves of garlic, pressed
• 1 pound of mushrooms
• 1.5 cups of beef stock
• 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
• 3/4 cup of potato starch (or 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour)
• 1/2 cup of whole-fat plain Greek yogurt
• Parsley for garnish
