Steak and Bacon Salad - Love That Olive

Ingredients

• 3 TBSP Fior Fiore EVOO
• 1/2 bottle LTO Red Wine Sirloin Marinade
• 1 TBSP Acacia honey
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 2 strip steaks (1 1/2" thick) extra fat trimmed or flank steak
• Sea Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup Cherry balsamic
• 1/4 cup Rosemary EVOO
• 1 tsp honey (optional)
• 1 tsp Maruso Soy Sauce
• 10 oz package mixed greens
• 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved if large
• 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
• 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
• 8 slices, thick bacon, cooked
• Fried onions for topping
