Homemade Crispy Fried Calamari (Squid) - Mutfaktan Sofraya

Ingredients

• 500 g cleaned squid
• 1 soda water
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1 glass of water Olive oil to fry
• 5 garlic cloves
• 3 small slices of stale bread
• 3 tbsp yoghurt
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 10 finely chopped capers
• ½ glass of water walnut
