- 1 tablespoon drained pickled jalapeño
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
