Rugelach w/Ice Cream Dough

Ingredients

• 4 cups all-purpose flour sifted
• 1 pound butter
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream good quality
• 10 ounces apricot preserves all fruit
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 cup golden raisins
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar, mix with 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 egg, beaten with 1 teaspoon water and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
