• 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup toasted chopped pecans, divided
• 2/3 cup corn oil
• 3/4 cup toasted flaked coconut, divided
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup bourbon
• Glaze
• 2 tbsp orange juice
• 2 tbsp bourbon OR orange juice
• 1/2 cup corn syrup, light
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, pure
• 1/4 cup butter
• Reserved toasted coconut and pecans
