Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups flour
• 2 teaspoon s baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• ¾ cup castor sugar
• ½ cup oil
• ½ cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon caramel essence
• 1. Sift together dry ingredients and places aside .
• 2. Beat eggs till creamy. Add sugar and beat till Mixed .
• 3. Add caramel essence and oil and beat for a minute.
• 4. add buttermilk and flour mix to the oil and mix
