• 1 cup maple syrup
• 3 eggs, room temperature
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 1 cup plain nonfat VOSKOS Greek Yogurt
• 1 tbs. pure vanilla extract
• 3 cups flour
• 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
• 1 ½ tsp. baking soda
• 1 tbs. ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp. nutmeg
