Ingredients

• 2 cup grated gouda cheese
• 1 cup grated tusser cheese
• ½ cup frozen corn , soak in boiling water, drain and dry on a cloth.
• 1 small onion chopped finely, rinsed and squeeze all excess water out.
• Chopped green dhania (coriander)
• Chopped green and red pepper ( optional)
• Salt, lemon pepper, black pepper and a sprinkling of origanum....(All to taste)
• 1 tablespoon
