• 1 radicchio lettuce, leaves separated (see tip)
• 3-4 ripe figs, sliced (see tip)
• 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, thinly sliced
• 50g blue cheese, thinly sliced
• ¼ cup roasted hazelnuts, skins removed, chopped
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon white
• wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon honey
