Wagyu Steak & Ale Pie - Warrendale Wagyu

Ingredients

• 1 kg diced wagyu stewing beef
• 3 tbsp plain flour
• 1 tbsp beef dripping
• 500ml Dark Ale (I.e Guiness)
• 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
• 1 onions, roughly chopped
• 250g carrots, roughly chopped
• handful fresh thyme sprigs
• 1 beef stock cube
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 1 tbsp Henderson Relish
• 250g Kidneys (optional)
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
