Lamb and feta meatballs recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed with ¼ tsp salt
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and roughly chopped
- 500g lamb mince
- 20g bunch fresh mint, leaves picked and chopped, plus extra leaves to serve
- 20g bunch fresh flatleaf parsley, leaves picked and chopped
- 1 egg

- 50g pine nuts, lightly toasted
