- 12 fried falafel balls
- 4 large baguettes
- Sabra Hummus, for smearing
- 2 cups Israeli salad
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, checked and chopped
- techinah, for drizzling
- 1 eggplant, cubed
- 2 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Gefen Paprika
