Chilli Chicken and Rice Spring Rolls - Golden Delight

Ingredients

• 30 ml oil
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 10 ml fresh ginger, grated
• 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
• 500 g finely chopped chicken breast
• ¼ head of small cabbage shredded
• 2 carrots grated
• 125 ml chopped dhania
• 375 ml cooked Golden Delight Thai or Basmati rice
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 45 ml soya sauce
• 40 spring roll wrappers defrosted
• Flour mixed to a paste with water
• Vegetable oil for shallow frying
