Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 carrot, diced
• 2 celery sticks, diced
• 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 rosemary sprigs
• 1 x 400g tin pomodorini cherry tomatoes (we used Taste the Difference)
• 600ml chicken stock
• 1 x 400g tin butter beans, drained
• 1 x 200g pack ready-cooked chicken breasts, shredded
• 100g shredded savoy cabbage or kale
