Ingredients

• 150 ml red wine

• 400 g can chopped tomatoes
• 30 g brown sugar
• handful basil leaves, torn
• 1 red onion, finely sliced
• 4 potatoes
• 2 courgette, 1cm slices
• 1 red pepper, finely sliced
• 400 g butter beans
• 525 g chicken breast, cut into chunks
• 200 g feta
• handful basil leaves, leaves picked, to serve
