Ingredients

• 1 kg potatoes scrubbed and cut into chunks.
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 1 large onion red, if available. Finely chopped.
• 1 red chilli deseeded and finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic peeled and finely chopped
• 50g tin anchovies
• 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes roughly chopped
• 2 tbsp black olives chopped
• 2 tbsp capers
