• 1 Medium yellow onion, diced
• 1 Red apple, diced
• 1/3 Red cabbage, diced
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup Sauerkraut
• 12 oz German style beer
• 1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
