- 1/4 tsp. red chili flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. freshly chopped Italian parsley
- 1 Tbsp. freshly chopped basil leaves
- 3 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
- shaved Parmesan cheese, to taste
