• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 red onion, sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 4 cups mushrooms, sliced
• ¾ cup EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened Yogurt
• ½ cup parmesan cheese, powdered
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 cups of rocket
• Salt and pepper
