• 2 tablespoons rosemary
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1-1/3 cups very warm water (120° to 130°F) *
• 1/3 cup corn oil
• Additional flour for rolling
• Sauce
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 tablespoons corn oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup dry white wine (such as chardonnay)
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Toppings
• 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 pound (500 g) precooked small frozen shrimp, thawed
• 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Parmesan cheese
