- 1 cup [90 g] sliced cremini mushrooms
- ½ tsp ground Kashmiri chile
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp ground chipotle chile
- ½ cup [70 g] finely diced white onion
- 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
