- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 4 tsp. balsamic glaze
- 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. rosemary leaves, chopped
- 120g macadamia nuts, crushed
- 50g pork crackle, crushed
- 500g celeriac, cut into 3 cm cubes
- 1 potato, cut into 3 cm cubes
- 60ml milk
- 50g unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
