Kilner Jar Orzo Salad with Tuna, Tomatoes and Feta – John West Ireland

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• pinch black pepper
• 10 cherry tomatoes, any colour, halved
• 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
• 20 feta, crumbled
• 160g cooked orzo
• 1 80g pot of John West Infusions Tuna Lemon Thyme
• 2 mixed leaves
