Ingredients

• 1 LB ofbutter - room temperature (remove from the fridge about an hour before you start)
• 3 cloves ofgarlic - peeled and minced
• 1 TBSP ofkosher salt
• 1/2 TBSP ofblack pepper - ground
• 4 - 7 LB ofbeef prime rib roast - Remove from fridge 2 hrs before and come to room temp
• 1 TBSP offresh rosemary sprigs - dispose center stem and finely chopped
• 1 TBSP offresh thyme sprigs - dispose center stem and finely chopped
