- 1 whole onion, cut in wedges
- 4 cloves garlic, whole

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (or dry white wine)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
