Chicken Pot Pie Soup - Lemon Stripes

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp, butter
• 1 yellow onion, chopped
• 2 large carrots, chopped
• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2ish cups, shredded chicken (I used most of a rotisserie chicken)
• 1/4 cup, flour
• 4 cups, chicken broth
• 1/4 tsp, turmeric
• 1 cup, frozen peas
• 1 cup, frozen corn
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tsp, thyme
