Ingredients

• 2 pounds ground round
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small white onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/4 pound mushrooms, chopped
• 1/2 cup Cabernet Sauvignon
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup finely crumbled Blue cheese
• bit of oil to brush on grill
• 12 slices french baguette, about 3/4 inch thick
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, halved
