Ingredients
- 1 Small onion (diced)
- 2 Cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 tbsp. Salt
- 1 tbsp. Paprika
- 1 tbsp. Chili powder
- 1 tbsp. All spice
- 1 tsp. Minced ginger
- ½ tsp. White pepper
- 2 Cloves
- 8 Cardamom seeds
- ½ tsp. Ground fenugreek
- ½ tsp. Ground coriander
- ¼ tsp. Ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- Oil
- 2 lbs. Beef (cut into cubes)
- 4 Cloves garlic
- 1 Can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 3 Scallions (minced).
- 4 tbsps. Berbere spice blend
- 5 tbsps. Oil
- 1 Bunch cilantro
- Salt
- 1 Pinch baking soda
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ Sachet yeast.
- 2 cups. warm water
- ½ lb. Teff flour
