Ingredients

• 4 Pork chops
• 2 tbsp Tate & Lyle Fairtrade Dark Soft Brown Sugar
• 2 tbsp Cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
• A handful Rocket
• 1 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
• 1/4 White cabbage
• 1 Carrot
• 1 Red onion
• 1 Red apple, cored and sliced thin
• 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 Pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
