• 1 punnet assorted baby tomatoes, halved
• 1 cup pomegranate seeds
• 1/3 cup pinenuts, toasted
• 1/2 cup mint, torn
• 1/2 cup basil, torn
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 30g pinenuts
• 90g basil leaves
• 45g grated parmesan
• 3/4 cup olive oil
