Pork Fajitas

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 tbs olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 1 pork tenderloin (3/4 lbs) cut
• into 1/2" dice
• 1 lge onion, sliced
• 2 sml zucchini, sliced
• 1 medium size yellow squash,
• halved lengthwise and sliced
• crosswise.
• 1 fresh jalapeno chile, cored,
• seeded and diced
• 1/4 tsp ground allspice
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 8 sml (6") corn tortillas
