Fusion Savory Pumpkin Pie on Halloween

Ingredients

• 10 to 12 tbsp. cold unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)
• 6 tbsp. ice water
• 200 gm of pumpkin
• 4 to 5 curry leaves
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 2 medium garlic cloves crushed
• 1 whole dried red chili
• 1/2 tsp red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 green chili chopped
• 1/2 cup cream
• 2 tbsp of ghee or oil
• 1 egg
