- ¼ Cup Mint, Fresh Leaves
- 1 Small lebanese Cucumber
- 3 Limes, Fresh
- 1 Red chilli, Fresh
- ½ Red/Green Cabbage
- 200g Sour Cream (we recommend Lewis Road Creamery)
