Ingredients

• 2 pie crusts (or 16 mini pies)
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup butter (melted)
• 1 cup crunchy Biscoff spread (you can certainly use creamy too)
• Buttercream Topping
• 1/2 cup creamy Biscoff spread
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 2-3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
