• 4 cans black beans
• 5 red peppers
• 4 jalapeños
• 2 bunches green onions
• 2 bunches chives
• 1 bunch cilantro
• 1/4 cup onion powder
• 1/4 cup garlic powder
• 1/4 cup ancho chilli powder
• 1 cup lime juice
• 1 1/2 cups oil
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• Salt and pepper, to taste
