• 2 tbsp TASTEOLOGY Garlic Crunch
• 1 tbsp TASTEOLOGY Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• TASTEOLOGY Rosemary Blend , to taste
• 1 - 1.2kg rib-eye steak
• 1 - 1.2kg baby potatoes
• 225g butter
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 1 tbsp chives
• 1/2 tbsp parsley
