• 1 tablespoon TASTEOLOGY Citrus Australian Cane Sugar
• 2 tablespoons TASTEOLOGY Rose Elderflower Syrup + more to taste
• rind of 1/2 Lemon
• 1/2 Mango, sliced
• 1/2 Lemon, sliced in thin wheels
• 1/2 Orange, sliced in thin wheels
• 1 Passionfruit
• 1 tablespoon TASTEOLOGY Dried Rose Petals
