• 5 ml Dr. Oetker Valencian Orange Extract (1 tsp)
• 4 Medium Eggs
• 45 ml Golden Syrup (3 tbsp)
• 250 g Plain Flour
• 150 g Ground Almonds
• 2.5 g Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp)
• 5 g Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
• 250 g Blanched Almonds
• 50 g Apricot Jam
• 454 g Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Marzipan
• 1000 g Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll White Fondant Icing
