• ½ to 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 3 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 tablespoon chopped chipotle in adobo
• 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
• To complete the burrito.
