Ingredients

• 4 hicken breast schnitzels
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp dry oregano
• 1 Shepard Avocado
• 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
• 1 clove garlic
• Small pinch of oregano
• Juice of one lemon
• ¼ cup olive oil
• Salt, Pepper
• ½ to 1 cup of water to thin out
• 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 large Lebanese cucumber, quartered
• 1 Shepard Avocado, diced chunky
• 1 small sliced red onion
• 1 cup cubed fetta
• 1 cup kalamata olives
• 1 green capsicum, sliced
