• 1 can corn (190g)
• 3 large potatoes
• 1/2 medium onion
• 100g bacon
• 1 can white sauce (290g)
• 70g cheese for pizza
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 200ml water
• A little italian parsley
• A little coarsely ground black pepper
• 200g shrimp
• 200g steamed octopus
• 2 zucchini
• 1 can cut tomatoes (400g)
• 1 piece garlic
• 1 red pepper
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon chicken glass soup base
• Moderate amount of salt and pepper
