• 2 garlic cloves (minced, divided)
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tbsp salted butter
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• ½ cup dry white wine
• ⅔ cup whole milk
• 5.5 ounces cream cheese (I used Boursin with shallot & chives)
• red pepper flakes (for serving)
