• Seasoning Rub
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper, if using finely ground black pepper, use 1/4 teaspoon
• ¼ teaspoon chili powder
• Slaw
• 4 cups unprepared coleslaw
• handful cilantro
• ½ cup light mayo
• 1 teaspoon honey
• juice of 1 lime, about 1 tablespoon
• salt and pepper , to taste
