• 1 Garlic minced
• 1/2 c Dried Apples chopped
• Salt and pepper
• 12 Crackers
• 4 Pork Cutlets
• 1 Egg
• 2 tb Red wine vinegar
• 1 cn Beef broth
• Butter
• 1/2 c Heavy cream
• 2 tb Parsley finely chopped
• 4 tb olive oil
• 2 Sweet Potatoes peel/chop
• 1 Onion chopped
• 1 Head Red Cabbage finely
• 1 tb Balsamic vinegar
