- FOR THE VINAIGRETTE
- ¼ cup kumquats, substitute any other citrus
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- FOR ASSEMBLY
- 3 heads little gems lettuce, substitute any other lettuce
- 2 avocados
- 1 bunch radish
